Anxiety & Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

With a focus on rapid, meaningful results, it’s an empowering and practical path forward, often in fewer sessions
  • Clinical Hypnotherapy – to calm the nervous system and create powerful subconscious change.
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – to interrupt anxiety loops and build emotional resilience.
  • Neuroscience – to engage neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to rewire itself) and teach you not just how your mind works, but how to make it work for you!


This tailored approach doesn’t just treat the symptoms — it addresses the root cause of your anxiety and helps rewire your brain for calm, confidence, and control.
